My daughter and I chose the salmon croquettes, my husband the potato encrusted salmon, and my son-in-law the jerk chicken. Between us, all selections were given rave reviews. I sampled collard greens and Hoppin' John (rice topped with black eyed peas) for the first time. And, the comfort food Macaroni and Cheese as a side dish was the best!
